SIEGE partnered with VM Group UK, the British arm of Victoria Mutual Group Jamaica, to launch an exclusive campaign targeting millennial and Gen Z Caribbean audiences. With over $1 billion in assets, VM Group offers wealth management, asset management, and property services, but needed a fresh approach to engage the next generation.

SIEGE curated a high-impact cultural engagement experience at Piano House Brixton, drawing 200 guests for an immersive introduction to the firm’s vision and capabilities. Group CEO Courtney Campbell led the charge with a powerful keynote, joined by senior executives Paul Elliott (CEO, VM Building Society), Rezworth Burchenson (CEO, VM Wealth Management & VM Investments Ltd), and Leighton Smith (VP, VM Building Society & CEO, VM Finance Ltd), who shared insights on the company’s global impact.
