Project Intel
Croydon Council enlisted SIEGE to conduct a research study on SME impact in the borough as part of the government-funded Levelling Up Scheme. Beyond data collection, we took the initiative to activate the research in real-time, partnering with SME DAY to establish a Croydon-focused SME festival.
The event drew 400+ attendees, creating a powerful platform for local businesses to connect and thrive. Croydon Mayor Jason Perry opened the proceedings, while Labour Councillor Rowenna Davis led the discussions—cementing the festival as a key moment for Croydon’s business community.
